Hey Tony,

Nice to see you're still in the game. "Hey, Gram, we sure had a swell time in the 6th Army Band." That's about all I can say here. Do you ever hear from Carl Leach? And what flavor Calicchio do you play?

Hey Mr. Horowitz! I got your name from a friend (Ken) and hope to meet you someday soon. What a career! By the way, I really liked your quote: "The more I practice, and study, the luckier I seem to be." Man, that is so true... Anyway, looking forward to meeting you.

Dear Tony: I am a big fan of Louis Prima. I have his album, The Wildest '75, which features your version of "Summer of '42." Very brilliant. Can you tell me what year you joined Prima's band? I am trying to compile a list of all the band members and the time frame at which they were in it. If you have any additional info, I'd love to hear it. Keep playing! Best, Michael mwmyers0680@hotmail.com

Howdo Tony, this is Timmy from Stars & Stripes CS. I did not realize you played trumpet! If I recall correctly back to my High School years it's possible that I may have heard your work. I haven't played my trumpet regularly in a number of years. I have an old King trumpet and my silver Burbank got rolled over by bus. Since then I sort of walked away from playing and concentrated on sculpting. Needless to say, it's refreshing to see somebody who plays brass. Would like to hear you live, let me know if you got anything going on. Like I was saying before also, we have an open mic night at the An Sibin Irish Pub here in Darmstadt if you are interested in doing something just for kicks. I could arrange a tab, on the house. timmy.a.davis@us.army.mil
